The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time:Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually ready for dispatch within 3 business days or less after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time:This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. USA orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days. Outside of the USA, delivery can take between 10-20 business days. Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
- Customs fees: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You are responsible for these fees.
- We partner with Global Carriers: We have strong partnerships with the most reliable carriers to bring you the best offers.
